I’ve designed a new business card. Having been for 30 years obliged to use the corporate style of my university, it’s pleasing to be able to now design for whatever public identity I choose to promote, following my retirement.
I’ve been very impressed with the service provided by the good people at Moo. After designing a suitably ‘open’ typographic composition for the front face of the card, I have taken full advantage of the option to upload 50 different designs for the back. As I was able to order just 50 cards, every one is different, and my plan is that when I run out I will upload a different 50 backs, continuing an ongoing series in which each card will be unique. I will upload the full set of backs to a new gallery on the ‘graphic design’ page.
